1 Planning with clienteles about the function detail since hand over from Sale team until the event ends with best satisfaction
2 Executes events while ensuring that all logistics requirements are carried out according to the event plans.
3 Manages the event plans and works closely with other departments to ensure that all operational requirements of the events are fulfilled.
4 Must be resourceful and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
5 Be able to react quickly to deviations in the event plans.
6 Be able to works in a flexible workweek, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
7 Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments, depending on the nature of the events.
8 Must have transportation to move around between locations
