A Minimum of 4 Years experiences in Learning & Development roles.
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Good command of written and spoken English
Prior experience in delivering on the job training within AccorHotels
Ensures proper course material and up-dated job descriptions for in-house Departmental Trainers are available for all department
Conduct / review training needs analysis annually and budget accordingly
Delivering modern and attractive learning and development solutions in a cost effective manner
Work with line Managers to analyse performance by identifying area for improvement
