1. 5 years hotel experience in the same position HR Manager and experience in training for 5 years
2. Team player
3. excellent problem-solving skills
4. very good knowledge of labor laws and regulations
5. excellent communication skills both written and speaking
6. friendly, calm & focused. strong people skills
7. computer literate and can effectively use MS

1. responsible for areas of recruiting, employee relations, benefits, events, workers compensation, training & development.
2. ensure that the company HR operational policies & processes are adhered to & continually improved
3. implement corporate policies & procedures on compensation, incentive, bonus & benefits
4.encourages a good standard of staff conduct & behavior & coordinates disciplinary procedures when necessary.
5. lead in the writing, amending and implementation of standards across departments
6. lead in writing, planning and executing generic and department training
7. coordinates performance evaluations as scheduled
