- Bachelor- s Degree in hotel management or related field.
- At least 8 years- experience in the hospitality industry, with significant luxury and international experience.
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience as a Head of the development or Asst. Resort Manager or Executive Assistant Manager.
- Previous experience in a Front Office or Guest Experience role.
- Good English Language skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals.
- Detailed knowledge of working practices of Front Office.
- Detailed knowledge of computer and hotel software systems.
- Assigns duties to HOD's and observers' performance to ensure adherence to hotel policies and established operating procedures.
- Assist the Resort manager in day-to-day operations.
- Monitor the Guest feedback on OTA's etc. and others.
- Receives and resolved or assists the Resort manager in resolving guest complaints and service recovery process.
- Ensure full compliance to hotel operating controls, policies, procedures and service standards.
- Performs sudden audits on rooms and other operating areas.
