- Answering telephones and greeting potential guests and clients in a friendly manner.
- Must be able to field and distribute calls and promptly provide accurate property information regarding room rates, room types, availability and cross-selling information relative to Group of properties list.
- Must be willing to upsell rooms where possible in order to increase average daily rate while adhering to the established procedures and protocol of the hotel.
- Must detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Computer skills, typing ability and previous experience a must.
- Applicants must be able to read, write and speak clear, coherent English.
- Willingness to work independently or within a reservations system depend on hotel funk on and maintain strong organizational skills, and utilize sales and marketing techniques.
