Purchasing Manager

1.ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี บริหารธุรกิจ, เศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2.มีประสบการณ์ด้านจัดซื้อในระดับผู้จัดการในโรงแรม รีสอร์ท หรือสนามกอล์ฟ อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
3.สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
4.สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้ดี เช่น MS Office
5.มีความซื่อสัตย์, มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร, มีความอดทน, มีความรับผิดชอบ และพัฒนาตนเอง

1.To manage purchasing proceed the direct and inventory items as requested from end user.
2.Sourcing new supplier for new innovation and support job task.
3.To manage and response the Capex items for every department.
4.To plan the purchasing work for festive season and incoming functions.
5.To manage the Responsible Sourcing Report for Head Office at each quarter.
6.To audit Food Suppliers with Executive Chef and Hygiene Manager to ensure the quality of food in order to meet the GMP Standard.
7.To attend the Exhibitions to update trend of business and product for job task.
8.To make good relationship with suppliers for ensure the smooth work between us and suppliers.
9.Build the teamwork of Purchasing Team to ensure and have confident to smooth work in department.
10.Closely co-ordinate and support Receiving Team and Storekeeping Team to have good and smooth operation and efficiency in our and their work.
11.Manage meeting with Receiving Team, Storekeeping Team and Account Payable Supervisor to smooth operation in our work.
12.Ensure that subordinate is performing their task properly, efficiently and follow the company policy and procedure.
13.Attend the training course as requested from training section.
