Job Qualifications

- Thai National Only, Male/Female Age: 25 - 35*
- Bachelor- s degree in accounting is preferred or may be related.
- Experience in accounting and administrative task is advantage with at least 3year experience in accounting
- Familiar with Sun System and proficient in computer skill (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint) will be an advantage.
- Positive attitude, strong service mind, patient, leadership, and strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Creative, Multi-tasking Skill, Flexible and able to work under pressure

JOB HIGHLIGHTS:
- Assist and create/build strong organization as well as internal operational procedure together with a Finance Director and team member.
- To support a team member in carrying out the responsibilities of the Finance and Accounting Department.
- Work with international company with high opportunities for growth in your career path and expand to overseas market.
- Assist to Chief Accountant and Finance Director to coordinate with various departments Whether the team of hotel- s owners, project & operation teams, banks, or government agencies etc. to open a new bank account issue EDC Machine, or any necessary licenses to open the hotel, to do a training together with - Super Account & Admin- to the Accounting & Admin staff at the hotel to be able to work for the operating finance & accounting basic.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all accounting functions includes AP, GL, and Cash.
- Take care of all taxes, insurance and related licenses and its renewal matter and all contracts are filling in place and necessary.
- Prepare the tax forms for payroll taxes and the social insurance, social security reports and to perform the payment procedures by the deadline.
- Collect all documents concerning tax and insurance.
- Proceed the payment of tax and insurance as per bank transfer and suppliers.
- Follow up all tax matter in a proper manner and in compliance with related legislation.
- Keep contact with the owner representative and owner- s accounting firm and maintain good relationship with.
- Able to handle A/P, Costing, Tax, or any necessary.
- Timely reconcile all Balance Sheet accounts
- Assist to C/A and Chief Account to management cash flow forecast.
- Perform such other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as may be required from time to time - quite often on short notice.
- Flexibility in schedule depending on reporting deadlines and closing.
- Perform other duties that may be required by management from time to time. And must be ready and responsible when assigned to other position as may be required by Finance Controller.
- Supervise admin staff in each property
- Assist with month end closing process accounts payable accruals
- Able be to travelling to up country, when have a new project both of pre-opening or post opening when require.
- Other assignment from Direct Manage or Supervisor
