- Excellent command of English
- Hospitality experience is a plus

- Manage and lead the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
- Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Train, develop, and mentor staff to maintain high service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and prompt manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain menu quality and consistency.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage restaurant budgets and financial performance.
- Maintain a clean and organised dining environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Foster a positive and motivating work atmosphere to encourage teamwork and employee growth.
