- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain menu quality and consistency.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage restaurant budgets and financial performance.
- Maintain a clean and organised dining environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
