Cluster Account Payable Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements.
- Verifying that all invoices are accurate, properly coded, and compliant with the hotel policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, negotiating payment terms, resolving billing discrepancies, and ensuring timely payments to avoid late fees or disruptions in service.
- Assisting in budget planning by providing accurate and timely financial data related to accounts payable, including forecasting future expenses and cash flow needs.
- Generating reports on accounts payable activity, aging analysis, and cash flow projections for management review and audits.
- Working closely with other departments such as procurement, finance, and audit to ensure alignment of processes and accurate financial reporting.
