Chief Accountant

- Thai nationality only.
- Age not over 45 years old.
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience of which at least 2 years in a supervisory level.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop visions and goals.
- Strong analytical, fact-based, decision making skills.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, finance and management accounting.
- Background in hospitality industry experience is an advantage.
- Good leadership and development skills, adaptable to change and proactive in problem solving

- Overview all account transaction, reconciliation, month end closing and coaching.
- Review and monitor all accounting operations and records in compliance with accounting standards and related regulations.
- Presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner, meeting all reporting requirements and deadlines to Finance Controller.
- Analyzing financial data and variance analysis from the budget and suggesting areas for improvement to the management team.
- Review and maintain internal controls system over financial and operational process. Ensuring that standard operational policies and procedures are followed and updated.
- Coordinating with audit activities from internal and external auditors.
- Working with Treasury in managing cash flow.
- Strengthening internal communications with other departments and promoting a supportive work environment.

- 2 day off per week
