Qualifications:
-Thai National
-Minimum of 2 years' experience in hotel revenue management and distribution services.
-Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
-Familiar with hotel industry software.
-Good analytical & proactive problem solving skills.
-Strong organizational skills.
-Good communication skills both Thai and English.
Primary Duties
Distribution Services
1. Upload the new property on the Brand.com channel and assist the property in registering the account for each OTA.
2. Provide all MemberWeb (Backend Portal) support for the property such as creating a new room type, a new rate plan, and monitoring the MemberWeb (Backend Portal) user.
3. Provide day-to-day support to hotels in distribution systems related questions and provide timely responses, immediate communication to the properties, develop professional long term business relationships.
4. Making sure that properties are bookable in all Best Western systems and booking channels (OTA, GDS, Brand Web, Direct connect, non-direct connect)
5. Trouble-shoot connectivity issues between channel manager and all online distribution channels.
6. Work closely with the Regional IT Manager to troubleshoot an error in the connectivity between MemberWeb (Backend Portal) and Hotel PMS for the 2-way interface, and between channel managers and online distribution channels.
7. Work closely with online distribution partners such as Direct OTAs and non-Direct OTAs to ensure preferable performance. Clear understanding of the hotels business strategies and then set distribution goals and determine action plans to meet those goals.
Revenue Services
8. Working closely with the EDS team in the US on the most updated ?Rate Plan and Marketing Guide? document to ensure that our property can utilize available rate plans according to hotel strategies.
9. Monitoring and analyzing the rate plan products and distribution? revenue performance of hotel business and then set and determine action plan to meet growth.
10. Developing commercial reporting tools to understand business pace, channel mix, source type of business, origin, segmentation to help commercial operation to understand hotels? revenue performance.
11. Facilitate and hold trainings and webinars and be the hotel?s go-to person for all portal or Revenue systems of the property (MemberWeb (Backend Portal), Medallia, OTAs direct connect platform).
