1.To maintain all guest rooms, meeting rooms, ballroom and other areas in top condition as befits a luxury hotel.
2.To concentrate on projects concerned with the Rooms Preventive Maintenance Program.
3.To provide preventive maintenance in guest rooms such as filters, oiling fan coils, motors, etc.
4.To assist other trades on maintenance of major equipment in building.
5.To assist in back of the house complaints from the kitchen, locker rooms, cafeteria, offices, etc. for repairs or maintenance.
To represent Property Operations to hotel guests and team members including handling guest complaints and responding to any emergency conditions and monitoring full functions of equipment and operations.
