? Several years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management is usually required for this role.
? Strong understanding of procurement principles, practices, and processes, including sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, and purchasing best practices.
? Ability to analyze data, assess supplier capabilities, evaluate pricing proposals, and make informed decisions to optimize procurement activities and achieve cost savings.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with vendors, internal stakeholders, and management.
? Being detail-oriented is critical for accurately processing purchase orders, reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
? Capacity to identify procurement challenges, develop creative solutions, and implement effective strategies to address them.

รายละเอียดงาน

? Identify potential suppliers, conduct vendor evaluations, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships with existing vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services.
? Oversee the creation and processing of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and budget constraints.
? Monitor inventory levels, anticipate demand, and coordinate with other departments to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and associated costs.
? Analyze pricing proposals, compare quotes from different vendors, and recommend cost-effective solutions to management.
? Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies, as well as identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities.
? Collect and analyze purchasing data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and generate reports for management review.
? Collaborate with other departments such as Finance, Operations, and Logistics to streamline processes and ensure seamless execution of procurement activities.
