Respond professionally, politely, and efficiently to extraordinary requests and complaints from guests.
Develop and manage the housekeeping budget, controlling costs while maintaining quality.
Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, manage and train staff, create schedules, and ensure high performance and adherence to hotel standards.
