- Age not over than 45 years old
- Experience working in a similar role, minimum 1 - 2 years
- Pleasant personality: confident, self-motivated and diplomatic
- Fluent English language skills, spoken and written
- The ability to enthuse others with energy, initiative, creativity and imagination
- Experience of developing, implementing and evaluating effective communications strategies
- Solid administrative capabilities including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to work on own initiative, excellent time management skills and the ability to multi- task
- This position is only open to Thai nationality.
- Requires overall maintenance knowledge and trouble shooting ability with skills in painting, HVAC, carpentry, equipment, and tool usage.
- Plan to implement energy cost saving program to subordinate.
- Train to improve subordinates skill working for all host.
- Co-ordinate with other department to performance and maintain good environment working area.
- Create procedure and form for preventive maintenance infrastructure to hotel with specification.
- Establish subordinate team to follow up preventive maintenance infrastructure schedule.
- Check and monitor all projects responsibility that implemented.
- Plan to re-arrange the existing infrastructure for improvement, reliability and energy saving.
