- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with guests, staff, and management in a courteous and professional manner.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with a genuine passion for providing outstanding guest service.
- Well-groomed appearance consistent with the fine dining environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, offer assistance with coats or personal items, and guide them to their tables.
- Oversee the reservation system, confirm bookings, and manage walk-ins while maintaining an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover.
- Assign tables based on guest preferences, special requests, and server availability to ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, providing information about the menu, special events, or promotion
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, orderly, and inviting, and address any issues that may affect the guest experience.
- Accommodate special requests or dietary restrictions and inform relevant staff members as needed.
- Support the coordination of special events or private dining functions as required.
- Keep accurate records of guest preferences and special occasions for personalized service.
