Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in comparable position or management level
- Experience in customer service and responding to feedback and complaints
- Experience in recruiting, developing, motivating, deploying and retaining team
Skills
- Excellent communication (in-person)
- Exceptional customer service
- Superior knowledge of local and national WH&S regulations
- Ability to manage budgets and achieve associated performance targets
- Understanding of health and fitness industry
Qualification
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
- Manage day-to-day operations of overall club to ensure maximization of revenue opportunities
- Controlled costs and a safe and healthy environment which exceeds expectations of members
- Recruit, develop, motivate, deploy and retain high performing team members
- Further develop and implement overall club strategy
- Manage associated budgeting and on time reporting
- 15 days annual leave
