Position Overview:
The E-Commerce and Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing the hotel?s online presence and optimizing revenue through strategic e-commerce and revenue management practices. This role involves managing online distribution channels, implementing pricing strategies, and ensuring the hotel achieves its revenue goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and has a strong background in both digital marketing and revenue management within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Management:
? Develop and execute the hotel?s e-commerce strategy to increase direct bookings and enhance online visibility.
? Manage and optimize online distribution channels, including the hotel?s website, OTAs, and other third-party platforms.
? Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement digital marketing campaigns, focusing on SEO, SEM, and social media to drive traffic and conversions.
? Analyze website performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness to make data-driven decisions that enhance online sales.
? Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure the hotel?s e-commerce strategies remain competitive.
Revenue Management:
? Implement and oversee revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue and overall hotel profitability.
? Analyze market trends, demand forecasts, and historical data to set dynamic pricing strategies and optimize room inventory.
? Manage room rates, availability, and distribution across all channels to ensure revenue targets are met.
? Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotions and packages that attract guests and drive occupancy.
? Regularly report on key revenue metrics, such as RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy rates, and make recommendations for improvements.
