- Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales, events, or related roles within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets, securing corporate contracts, and handling event sales.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage key corporate accounts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong understanding of event planning, logistics, and execution in a hotel or events venue.
- Familiarity with hotel revenue management systems and sales tools.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices in the hospitality industry would be an advantage.
The Corporate & Event Sales Manager at Sivatel Bangkok Hotel will be responsible for driving corporate and event sales, with a focus on increasing revenue and securing long-term corporate partnerships. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a sales strategy to attract and retain corporate clients and event organizers.
- Managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts to meet sales targets.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as F&B and operations, to ensure seamless event execution.
- Actively prospecting and identifying new business opportunities in the corporate and event market.
- Organizing site inspections, presentations, and meetings with potential clients to showcase the hotel's event capabilities.
- Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Ensuring all events are delivered to the highest standards, maintaining the hotel?s reputation for excellence.
- Promoting sustainability practices in events, aligning with the hotel?s environmental goals.
