- Minimum high school or hospitality management or a related field.
- 5 years of experience management in the hotel restaurant/outlet.
- Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
- Creative thinking and computer skills.
- Manages the team ensuring guest satisfaction, quality and high standard of service of customer.
- Financial literacy and Inventory control skills.
- Manages Best Western Plus Carapace Hotel Hua Hin outlet to achieve the highest hotel restaurant standard.
- Liaises with Chef and Beverage team to ensure that F&B are produced at optimum level.
- Maintains the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals.
- Ensures efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
