- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in event planning and catering management for hotel business.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Create and implement innovative sales strategies to maximize revenue and increase market share in event and catering services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal teams to oversee the seamless execution of events while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Actively engage in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote our services and develop new business relationships.
- Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Work closely with catering and operations teams to ensure cohesive planning and execution of events.
