1.Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the front desk and guest services team.
2.Ensure seamless check-in, check-out, and guest-related procedures.
3.Address guest complaints and service recovery issues in a professional and timely manner.
4.Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
5.Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
6.Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction across the hotel.
7.Monitor and manage guest feedback through online platforms, surveys, and direct interactions.
8.Assist with scheduling, shift assignments, and performance evaluations of the guest service team.
9.Handle VIP guests, special requests, and ensure personalized guest experiences.
10.Oversee concierge services, providing recommendations and arrangements for local attractions, dining, and transportation.
