- Experience in the position in hotel business or related.
- Excellent communication in English.
- Organizational and leadership skills.
- Basic Computer Skills
- Ensure hotel operations comply with health, safety, and fire regulations, and maintain compliance records.
- Conduct risk assessments, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions to reduce risks.
- Inspect hotel areas regularly to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Develop emergency response plans and organize fire and evacuation drills.
- Train employees on safety policies, including first aid, fire safety, and equipment use.
- Investigate incidents, report findings, and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain a safe environment for guests with clear signage, emergency contacts, and hazard-free spaces.
- Lead the hotel's sustainability initiatives.
