Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a supervisory role in a hotel or restaurant.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to motivate staff and ensure a high level of service. Knowledge of food and beverage products, including wine, cocktails, and menu items.
Role:
The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of food and beverage services within the hotel. This includes managing staff, ensuring high-quality guest service, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and assisting in achieving the department's sales and profitability targets.
Working Conditions:
Full-time, including weekends and holidays. Shift work may be required depending on the hotel?s operational needs.
