Knowledge of hotel services, rates, and policies
Languages: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Role:
The Reservation Agent is responsible for managing all reservations for the hotel, ensuring that guests' bookings are processed accurately and efficiently. The role involves communicating with potential guests, confirming bookings, handling inquiries, and maintaining accurate reservation records. The Reservation Agent plays a key role in providing excellent customer service and contributing to the hotel's overall occupancy and revenue goals.
Working Conditions:
Full-time, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts. The Reservation Agent may be required to work during peak seasons or special events, depending on the hotel's needs.
