Position Summary:
The Assistant Secretary provides administrative support to the management team, handling tasks such as document management, meeting coordination, communication, and general office duties to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage schedules, prepare correspondence, and organize documents for the management team.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Document Management: Maintain filing systems and prepare reports or presentations as needed.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between departments and handle external communication.
General Support: Assist in organizing special projects, events, and other tasks as required.
