? Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
? Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
? Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
? Ability to interpret and analyze financial data to support decision-making.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and data analysis.
? Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
? Strong understanding of ethical financial practices and integrity in financial reporting.
? Assist in processing accounts payable and receivable transactions.
? Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and reports.
? Handle data entry tasks related to daily financial transactions.
? Support monthly closing activities by preparing account reconciliations.
? Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for financial and accounting records.
? Assist in monitoring budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to guidelines.
? Liaise with vendors and suppliers regarding payments and invoice discrepancies.
? Support compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
? Provide administrative support to the finance and accounting team as needed.
? Perform ad hoc tasks and duties assigned by supervisors.
