- Previous experience in a customer service role (preferably in hospitality).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in basic computer skills (experience with hotel management software is a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications in hospitality are a plus).

- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with guest check-out and ensure all charges are processed accurately.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the booking system.
- Provide room keys and any necessary information upon guest arrival.
- Maintain guest records and ensure accurate data entry in the system.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and resolve any guest concerns.
- Assist in ensuring the hotel lobby and public areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions securely.
- Follow all hotel safety and security procedures.
