Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in wholesale sales, preferably in hospitality.

Skills:
Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Job Summary:
The Sales Manager (Wholesales) is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing relationships with wholesale clients. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
Identify and acquire new wholesale clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with wholesalers to maximize profitability.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales materials, promotions, and campaigns.

Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for wholesale clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with wholesale partners.

Operational & Financial Management:
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide reports on key sales metrics.
Work closely with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery.
Manage budgets and pricing strategies to align with company profitability goals.

Team Collaboration & Leadership:
Train and mentor junior sales staff as needed.
Work with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment with business goals.
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
