1. Produce Bread and Pastry to use in the hotel daily.
2. Be able to calculate, estimate the consumption of each categories to serve per day.
3. Be able to control and check raw material stock.
4. Be able to manage the left over product to sell or turn to by product.
5. Be able to communicate with foreigner guest if needed.
6. Be able to manage Bread shop if hotel will establish the bread shop.
