The Director of Sales is responsible for driving hotel revenue by developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and leading the sales team to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize room and event bookings.
- Identify and secure corporate, leisure, and MICE business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to optimize hotel occupancy and revenue.
Prepare sales reports and present performance insights.
