Cluster Revenue Manager (Get 4 Hotels Service Charge)

Key Responsibilities
1. Pricing & Inventory Strategy
- Set dynamic pricing, stay restrictions, and inventory allocation across all segments (transient, group, corporate, leisure).
- Adjust strategies for seasonal demand, events, and market shifts (e.g., Bangkok conventions vs. Pattaya holidays).

2. Market & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor competitor pricing, demand generators, and market trends in Bangkok/Pattaya.
- Utilize data (STR reports, market analytics, PMS) to identify revenue opportunities.

3. Distribution Optimization:
- Maximize direct revenue (brand website, loyalty) while managing OTA/wholesaler partnerships.
- Ensure channel parity and minimize cost of sale.

4. Forecasting & Reporting:
- Lead rolling 365-day forecasts for all properties.
- Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports to GMs and ownership.

5. Cross-Property Collaboration:
- Train sales/ reservations teams on revenue best practices.
- Align with Marketing for promotions and E-commerce for digital strategy.

6. Technology & Systems:
- Optimize RMS, CRS, PMS, and BI tools (e.g.Siteminder, Shiji, Hoteltimes,etc.).
- Audit data integrity across systems.

Qualifications
- Experience:3+ years in hotel revenue management, including multi-property/cluster roles. Asia/Thailand market experience preferred.
- Skills:
- Mastery of pricing, forecasting, and distribution (OTA).
- Advanced Excel, BI tools, PMS/CRS ,RMS, and channel managers.
- Fluency in English (Thai language a plus).
- Mindset:
- Data-driven decision-maker with commercial agility.
- Collaborative leader who thrives in a multi-cultural environment.
