? Implement revenue management operations, procedures and best practices suitable for Thailand and Laos
? Identify new revenue opportunities
? Provide adhoc reports to the management
? Optimise and expand online distribution partnerships
? Challenge and influence hotel to improve their revenue performance via provision of suitable action plans
? Train and guide the Revenue Management Team
? Guide the Sales Team to pre-open a new serviced residence, ensuring that sales channels and systems are all up before the property?s official opening
? Oversee revenue management and distribution strategies
? Manage and oversee strategies for all third-party distributions
? Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated and working to full capacity
? Reduce the cost of distribution by finding new less expensive means of delivering business
? Ensure accurate rolling revenue forecast in coordination with the Finance team
? Actively contribute to the pricing definition process and the budget process
? Ensure that sales channels and systems are all up before the property?s official opening
? Analyse revenue trends, property results and market trends in the industry, and define yield actions that are consistent with both property and market conditions.
? Use knowledge of internal and external data to adapt the Thailand and Laos cluster business both strategically and on a tactical basis
? Work with the Director of Sales & Marketing and Head of Operations to develop an overall strategy for Revenue Management, Sales, Pricing and Distribution for the properties
? Train and guide the cluster revenue managers when they require assistance in system knowledge and their daily tasks
? Train the property operations team to update them on the importance of revenue management and why it is important to practice revenue management and ensure data quality
? Actively contribute in the improvement of revenue and loading processes
? Communicate frequently with corporate office on revenue management strategies and policies
