E-Commerce Marketing Officer

1. Experienced in hotel PMS, reservation system & OTAs extranet.

2. Problem-solving attitude.

3. Interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Able to communicate fluent in Thai and English.

5. Ability to recognize trends in data.

6. The ability to achieve sales targets and work in a highly pressurized environment.

7. Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.

8. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

1. Work closely with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) to optimize hotel listings and ensure competitive pricing. Manage inventory distribution and promotions on OTA platforms.

2. Improve customer experience online and grow customer engagement.

3. Collaborate with other departments such as sales, revenue management, and customer service to align e-commerce activities with business objectives.

4. Develop website where and when needed (i.e. promotional websites and hotel information).

5. Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends in the hospitality industry and recommend new strategies to boost bookings and overall online performance.


6. Closely monitor industry and competitor initiatives and try to give the Company a competitive edge by identifying niche areas and opportunities.
