Qualifications & Skills:
? Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a travel desk, concierge, or customer service role in a hotel or tourism industry.
? Strong knowledge of Bangkok?s tourism spots, transportation options, and cultural attractions.
? Excellent communication skills in English and Thai (additional languages are a plus).
? Proficient in using reservation systems, travel booking platforms, and Microsoft Office.
? Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requests efficiently.

Job Summary
The Travel Desk Associate is responsible for assisting guests with travel-related services, including transportation arrangements, local tours, and travel recommendations. They act as a key point of contact to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for guests while embodying Oakwood?s brand values?Genuine, Empowered, and Meticulous.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Services & Travel Assistance:
? Provide guests with accurate and up-to-date information on local attractions, restaurants, shopping centers, and cultural sites.
? Arrange transportation services, including airport transfers, car rentals, taxis, and public transit guidance.
? Coordinate and recommend tours, excursions, and entertainment activities based on guests? preferences.
? Assist guests with flight bookings, ticket confirmations, and travel itineraries.
? Customer Engagement & Service Excellence:
? Greet and interact with guests professionally, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
? Personalize recommendations based on guests? interests, needs, and duration of stay.
? Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
? Work closely with the Concierge, Front Office, and other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Sales & Revenue Contribution:
? Promote hotel packages, partner services, and special deals on travel and tours.
? Maintain good relationships with local travel agencies, tour operators, and transport providers.
? Upsell premium services and exclusive experiences to enhance guests? stay.

Operational & Administrative Duties:
? Maintain an organized and updated database of travel guides, brochures, and contact lists.
? Ensure accurate record-keeping of bookings, payments, and commissions for travel services.
? Monitor local travel trends, upcoming events, and seasonal tourist attractions to provide timely recommendations.
? Adhere to Oakwood?s service standards and policies in all guest interactions.
