-Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.
-Coordinate with marketing, operations, and revenue management to align strategies.
-Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
-Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team capabilities.
-Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
