1. Bar Operations : Assist in the day-to-day operations of the bar, including opening and closing, ensuring the bar is well-prepared for service, and maintaining a smooth workflow
2. Staff Supervision : Supervise, train, and guide bar staff
3. Customer Service : Maintain a high level of customer service by interacting with patrons, addressing customer concerns
4. Inventory Management : Monitor and control bar inventory, including ordering & restocking, ingredients, and supplies to ensure effcient stock levels
5. Quality Control : Ensure the quality and consistency of beverages and service
6. Menu contribution : Assist in the development and updating of drink menues, including crafting new cocktails and selecting beverages
7. Staff scheduling : Participate in staff scheduling
8. Safety and Compliance : Enforce safety and health regulations, incluing responsible alcohol service
9. Financial Reporting : Help track sales, revenues, and expenses, and contribute to cost control
10. Vendor Relations : Collaborate with vendors, nogotiate pricing
11. Training and Development : Provide ongoing training and development for bar staff
12. Event Management : Assist in planning, organizing, and executing special events
