-Provide a warm, polished, and professional welcome to all guests.
-Present menus and provide detailed information on food, beverages, and daily specials, offering expert recommendations.
-Proactively attend to guests at tables and poolside loungers, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
-Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system efficiently.
-Serve food and drinks with precision and grace, adhering to Tribe's high service standards.
-Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly and addressing any requests or concerns swiftly and professionally.
-Maintain an immaculate section, including clearing and resetting tables.
-Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
-Work closely with the bar, kitchen, and host teams to create a seamless and memorable guest experience.
-Uphold the exclusive and sophisticated atmosphere of the venue at all times.
