Act as an extension of the kitchen management team to ensure food consistency and quality across all areas. Conduct daily checks of all mise en place to verify freshness and adherence to established quality standards. Assign tasks and follow up based on business volume and operational needs. Promote and enforce health and safety practices at all times. Continuously strive to maintain and enhance the quality and presentation of all food preparations.
