Responsible for maximizing the company revenue through pricing strategies, demand forecasting, market analysis, and inventory control. This role works closely with sales, marketing, and finance to ensure alignment across departments.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability
2. Analyze booking patterns, market trends, and competitor pricing
3. Monitor inventory and recommend actions to improve revenue per available room
4. Collaborate with marketing on promotional strategies and campaigns
5. Generate and present regular reports to senior management on revenue performance
6. Utilize revenue management systems and data analytics tools effectively
