Responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expand market share, and strengthen brand positioning. This role requires a high-performing professional with a proven track record in sales and marketing management, team leadership, and revenue generation.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop & implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals

1. Bachelor?s degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field
2. 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, ideally in Hospitality industry
3. Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and building high-performance teams
4. Strong analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills
5. Experience with CRM, marketing automation tools, and digital marketing platforms
