Sales Manager - Event & Wedding

- Required: 2?5+ years in Wedding & event planning, sales, in hospitality industry.
- Preferred: Experience specifically in wedding coordination or venue sales.
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and calm under pressure
- Creative with a keen eye for aesthetics
- Flexible schedule (availability on weekends/evenings is often required)

- Sales & Negotiation: Strong ability to sell venue packages and upsell services.
- Wedding & Event Planning: Proficiency in coordinating vendors, timelines, and client needs.
- Customer Service: High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organization: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of promotional strategies and social media use for lead generation.
