Data Analyst

- Bachelor?s in Data, Business, or related field with 2?5 years in BI or analysis (preferably in hospitality)
- Proficient in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Looker Studio); familiar with PMS, POS, or CRM systems
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using AI tools to enhance speed and insight

- Analyze data from PMS, POS, CRM, OTA, and payroll systems
- Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Looker Studio, or Excel
- Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and uncover insights
- Monitor KPIs such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and F&B metrics
- Support department heads with performance tracking and decision-making
- Automate reporting workflows and ensure data accuracy
- Summarize findings into actionable insights for management
