- Bachelor?s degree in Hospitality or related field
10+ years in F&B management, with 5+ years in a senior role
- Experience in restaurants, banquets, and catering operations
- Strong in leadership, cost control, and P&L analysis
- Fluent in Thai and English, with solid communication skills
- Report to CEO and lead F&B across restaurants, breakfast, banquets, and catering
- Drive sales through pricing, upselling, menu design, and guest experience
- Ensure food quality, service, hygiene, and Halal standards are met
- Oversee operations, cost control, SOPs, and P&L for efficiency and profit
- Lead teams, handle guest feedback, and align with Sales, Marketing, and Operations
