- Background in hospitality, tourism, or a related field (preferred)
- Fluency in English ? both spoken and written
- Hands-on experience with OTA platforms, channel managers, CRS/PMS systems
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
- Open-minded with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities and work within available resources
- Comfortable in a structured environment, yet flexible enough to work across functions
- Audit and update rates, availability, and content across all distribution channels (Accor channels, OTA extranets, GDS, etc.)
- Aid in achieving parity and accuracy across all platforms
- Support revenue strategies as defined by the Revenue Manager
- Monitor and resolve channel mapping issues, stop-sells, and restrictions
- Regularly audit online presence and visibility
- Contribute to improving conversion through enhanced digital content and merchandising
- Work closely with the Revenue, Sales, and Marketing teams to support promotions and tactical campaigns
- Coordinate with OTA account managers and internal stakeholders to enhance hotel positioning and digital performance
- Actively participate in performance reviews and strategy meetings
- Generate and analyze regular reports on ecommerce KPIs, booking trends, and digital channel contributions
- Provide actionable insights to support commercial decisions
- Keep abreast of digital trends and channel developments to ensure competitive edge
