Bartender (บาร์เทนเดอร์)

-Minimum 1-2 years of Barback experience, preferably in an upscale bar, beach club, or high-volume resort environment.
Proven knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
-Experience in crafting bespoke or locally-inspired cocktails is a strong advantage.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a diverse, international clientele.
-Fluent in English; proficiency in Thai or other languages is a plus.
-Ability to work efficiently and gracefully under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
-Professional presentation and a well-groomed appearance.
-Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
-Familiarity with POS systems.
-Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Thailand.

-Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to Tribe?s signature recipes and standards.
-Engaging with guests, offering recommendations, and providing a welcoming and memorable experience.
-Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar, including the stylish bar area and poolside service points.
-Processing orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
-Assisting with inventory management, including restocking and reporting.
-Adhering to all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
-Working collaboratively with the service team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
-Staying updated on current beverage trends and contributing to new drink development.
-Embodying the sophisticated yet relaxed beach vibe of Tribe Sky Beach Club.
