? Prior experience in housekeeping or spa operations is an advantage
? Physically fit, reliable, and detail-oriented
? Able to follow hygiene and sanitation procedures strictly
? Willing to work flexible hours, shifts, weekends, and holidays

? Languages: fluent in the national language and good spoken English.

? The Spa Cleanliness Attendant is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and
hygiene in all spa areas including treatment rooms, wet areas, restrooms, relaxation lounges, and staff
facilities. This role plays an essential part in ensuring a pleasant and sanitary experience for all guests and
supports the spa operations team.
? Ensure all treatment rooms, common areas, and back-of-house areas are clean, well-organized,
and ready for use
? Sanitize surfaces, massage tables, spa beds, and equipment according to hygiene protocols
? Refill guest supplies such as towels, robes, amenities, and drinking water
? Empty trash bins, replace liners, and ensure proper waste disposal
? Handle laundry collection and delivery to and from the linen department
? Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Onsen & Spa Assistant Manager
? Assist therapists and spa reception as needed to support guest experience
? Follow daily and weekly cleaning checklists and maintain cleaning logs
