? We are looking for a service-minded and detail-oriented Onsen Attendant to join our onsen & spa team. You
will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and ambiance of the onsen facilities while
providing courteous assistance to guests, ensuring they enjoy a relaxing and culturally authentic experience.
? Ensure cleanliness of onsen baths, sauna, steam rooms, shower areas, and locker rooms
? Monitor water levels, temperature, and mineral content to meet health and safety standards
? Replenish guest amenities such as towels, robes, toiletries, and refreshments
? Greet guests warmly and provide instructions on proper onsen usage and etiquette
? Assist with linen handling, restocking supplies, and light housekeeping duties
? Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly
? Support the spa team in delivering a high-quality wellness experience
