Regional Purchasing Manager (ผู้จัดการฝ่ายจัดซื้อ)

1. Bachelor?s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Minimum 3?5 years experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the hospitality or F&B sector.

3. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

4. Knowledge of procurement software or property management systems.

5. Fluency in Thai and English required.

6. Ability to travel across Thailand regularly.

7. Passionate about sustainability and responsible sourcing.

Preferred Experience:
1. Experience working in a multi-property environment or with a hostel/hotel chain.

2. Understanding of sustainability certifications and eco-friendly sourcing practices.

3. Familiarity with government procurement regulations and import/export rules (if applicable).

1. Develop and execute regional purchasing strategies in alignment with company goals and sustainability values.

2. Source, evaluate, and manage vendor relationships for goods and services (F&B, housekeeping supplies, uniforms, maintenance, etc.).

3. Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and service level agreements with suppliers.

5. Monitor market trends and stay updated on cost-effective sourcing opportunities.

6. Consolidate procurement orders from multiple hostel locations to leverage volume discounts.

7. Maintain inventory levels and procurement records across locations using property management systems.

8. Ensure quality, hygiene, and brand consistency in all purchased products and materials.

9. Collaborate with F&B, Housekeeping, and Operations to forecast demand and manage supply schedules.

10. Support local community initiatives by incorporating locally-sourced and sustainable products where possible.

11. Track purchasing KPIs and produce monthly reports for the regional leadership team.

12. Ensure compliance with company policies
procurement procedures, and budget controls.
